moving Sol 10 disk from x86 to amd64

A 32 bit AMD box here died. I have moved the disk to an AMD 64 3500+ box.
Is there a way to get the box booting correctly?

When I boot I get:

panic: cannot open kernel/amd64/unix
press any key to reboot.

I can boot into recovery mode from grub, but then what?

Re-installing Solaris is out. It is a 250GB disk with a lot of stuff that
I can't use.

Is there a way to install the 64 bit kernel from the install DVD?
