Help needed Sun Grid engine (n1ge6u8) installation and configuration

Hi Managers,

Im installing Sun Grid engine on SOLARIS, while installing im getting the
following error.

The following steps i done.
==========================

1. created the sgeadmin account and group

groupadd -g 500 sgeadmin
useradd -u 500 -g 500 -d /home/sgeadmin/sge -s /bin/csh sgeadmin

chown -R sgeadmin:500 sgeadmin

2. vi /etc/services
sge_qmaster 536/tcp # Sun Grid Engine queue master
sge_execd 537/tcp # Sun Grid Engine exec daemon

3. copied SUN1 grid software to /home/sgeadmin/sge
        SOLARIS_SPARC
        SUNWEBCONSOLE
        arco
        common
        doc
        gemm

4. environment variable setting If # export SGE_ROOT=/home/sgeadmin/sge #
echo $SGE_ROOT => /home/sgeadmin/sge it is indicated, OK

5. Under common --->./packages/SUNWSGEEC/reloc/INSTALL_QMASTER

getting the following error

edaws28# ./INSTALL_QMASTER
./inst_sge: ./util/arch_variables: not found

I found the documentation on

i followed the same steps but im unable to install.
