I have a pair of Sun Sroredge 6120 Arrays. Firmware level is 3.1.4. Here

-> warranty expired a year ago, but battery seems still ok. A few weeks
ago at the Sun Hotline, an engineer told me, I should only exchange the
batteries when I am told to do so by syslog messages, i.e. when the
health check would fail.
What is to believe: The warranty date or the health check? Best practice?
