Can anybody suggest why the apache 2 patch

*Patch Id:* 120544-06*
Summary:* SunOS 5.10_x86: Apache 2 Patch*
Date:* Oct/03/2006*
Installation Requirements:*
Reboot after installation, an alternative may be in Special Install Instructions*
Xref:* This patch available for SPARC as patch 120543

would require a reboot ?

*Special Install Instructions:*
-----------------------------
NOTE 1: Reboot system after patch installation is complete.

I'd really rather not. I notice it includes a couple of SMF-related
files, the manifest and method, would it be to do with this ? Could I
not do

svccfg import apache2
svcadm refresh apache2

or some such to avoid the reboot ? Or am I missing something ?

Cheers,

Rob
