Disable password aging for a user

Just to clarify because I'm getting several responses to use passwd -x
-1 that this command only disables aging on an id until the next time
they reset their password. Then the passwd command re-reads the global
settings and re-enables passwd aging on the user. I believe only Solaris
10 (maybe 9) has the the ability to exclude individual id's through
RBOC?

Thanks

Subject: Disable password aging for a user

Hi all,

I have passwd aging globally enabled on a Solaris 10 server and want to
know if/how you can disable passwd aging on an individual user is;
application id permanently. I thought I read somewhere you can do this
through /etc/user_attr but I only see this for not locking a user after
multiple failed login attempts.

Thanks in advance.
