Just to let you know it turns out to be simple by removing the network
cable and letting the system
Come on up and get past that point. I really don't see why that is a
problem on the E250 themselves
when my SunBlade is plugged in the network and works. That may mean I
need to update my OBP.

Subject: Booting Issue
Hi,
I'm in the process of Installing Solaris 9 9/05 on a system that been
totally clean. No OS that is. :-)
So I booted off the install cd and I'm coming to the point just after it
configures /dev and devices.
It continues to look for configuration files. I checked this CD out as I
burned it myself as I got the ISO
>From Sun's web site. The CD boots fine on my SunBlade 100 but not on the
E250. So I'm wondering
If I am having problems with the NVRAM on the system. The system diags
seems to be fine so it doesn't
Make sense as to why boot cd cannot find the configuration files. It
simply stays there at that point.
Any suggestions?
