Dear all,
when I try to start an application let's say the "Gnome Terminal"
or "the StarOffice Suite" on my system running Solaris 10 on x86
there will appear no new window within my JDS desktop.
But the processes ie "/usr/bin/gnome-terminal" and
"/usr/staroffic7/program/soffice.bin" are running.
Also I'm able to start these applications by a remote terminal
via the setenv DISPLAY ... command.
What's wrong here with my JDS desktop?
