Looking at sun maintenance alternatives like Akibia and SMS. Can anyone
provide input as to how the service provided by these or other
alternatives compares to sun support. The cost seems to be substantially
less but I want to ensure I can expect the same level of service.
Currently all our sun servers fall under the Silver support contract
offered by Sun.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
