VxVM x Solaris 9 x Clariion - issue

Hi All,

I have a Fujitsu PW650 server with VxVM/DMP 4.0 MP2 and Solaris 9 connected
to a Clariion Array through a SAN. The two HBAs are a Emulex LP9802. The
following packages are installed:

system CLR-ASL EMC CLARIION Array Support
Library
system DGC-Clar Array Support Librarry for EMC
CLARiiON
system CLR-APM CLR-APM Array Policy Module

system lpfc Emulex LightPulse FC SCSI/IP
Host Bus Adapter driver

I have 14 luns mapped to this server through 4 array controllers. Format
command shows the disk without problem (4 x 14 disks). When I run vxdctl
enable and vxdisk list I see the 14 disks in online state. I created a DG
with 14 disks, a volume using 11 disks and then created and mounted the
filesystem on top of it.

When I boot the server (boot -r), format command still shows the same
outuput, but VxVM looses access to 12 disks, therefore the DG/Volume failed
to import/start. I need to run the sequence "vxdctl enable; vxvol -g <DG>
startall;mount <mount point>" again to correct the issue. After the "vxdctl
enable" command, the DG are automatic imported.

On a boot messages, I can see that the Clariion array was added by VxVM
after /dev and /devices are configured, but Genesis array are added before.
Is there anything wrong with the boot sequence?

Could anyone solve the problem?

See boot sequence below.
