Strange timestamp while reboot

Hi folks!

I am running a SF V240 with Solaris 9 and noticed that the backup (IBM
Tivoli TSM/ADSM) failed on that machine for several times. The processes
just hang and did not start to build the file list. The machine was
responding as usual, ecxept for the backup software.

After reboot (init 6) everything was fine, but I found strange
timestamps in /var/adm/messages:

Sep 27 14:48:39 servername syslogd: going down on signal 15
Sep 27 14:48:39 servername xntpd[275]: [ID 866926 daemon.notice] xntpd
exiting on signal 15
Jul 25 11:22:47 servername genunix: [ID 672855 kern.notice] syncing file
systems...
Jul 25 11:22:48 servername genunix: [ID 904073 kern.notice] done
Sep 27 14:49:38 servername genunix: [ID 540533 kern.notice] ^MSunOS
Release 5.9 Version Generic_117171-15 64-bit
Sep 27 14:49:38 servername genunix: [ID 943905 kern.notice] Copyright
1983-2003 Sun Microsystems, Inc. All rights reserved.

Anybody seen this before? Looks like something got stuck on July,
25th...

There are no more hints in any logfiles and the hardware works fine.

TIA
alexs
