Hi,
is there anyone here who uses http://www.tek-tips.com/ ?
I have some terrible problems getting my account(s) there reset
and cannot find anyone to help or my email is not getting through
or some other unsolvable problem.
I am sorry to be asking a non-Sun question here, but I am assuming
there must be some people here who use the site and have a working
account.
I need to get someone with a working tek-tips acct to assist me in getting
a message to them, since none of my accts work and I cannot get
any communication through to them.
The problem is that if I want to create a new acct, their system
says my email address(es) are already in use, so I cannot.
All the accts I created do not work now.
But if I want to reset my passwd, I never get the email notification.
Their site stopped working for me a while ago and I cannot login since.
But the problem is that I need their search engine to locate some
info about Legato Networker I have seen, but cannot access any other
way (99% of all legato info is PDF or marketing, not "hands on").
If someone who uses tektips.com can get in touch with me, it would
be helpful!
