Hi all,
we want to know what solution exists to provide a highly-available
NFS-service to 100's of Solaris-8, -9 and -10 servers.
We DO know that this won't be for free, especially that we want it to be
a solution with vendor support behind it.
Preferrably from SUN.
If not, some other vendor can be considered.
Can you also please describe what the effect is on the NFS clients, if
a/the NFS server crashes, and is recovered after -say- 1 hour ?
Thx a lot in advance for your feedbacks (and all the out-of-office
replies that I will get as well) !
