I have a V880 with 32MB of RAM, 8 processors and NO USERS. When we
clone an Oracle database is runs very slowly. Renicing both the
process and the user by -19 have no effect. It still sits at 93% idle.
(BTW, i tried them one at a time before getting so many of them
reniced. It always stayed at 93% idle).
