During the last night the system was powered off before a scheduled power
outage.
When the power was back, the systems was powered on and all the domains
bringed up successfully.
After a while, the system admiistrator found domain "K" in the "off" state;
the boards owned by the domain (SB10 and IB10 were off as well).
He tried to run "setkeyswitch -d K on", but it failed with the following
message:
      SF15Kcollaudo-sc1:sms-svc:IST:79> setkeyswitch -d isap01col on
      Domain is currently busy dumping its state. Try again later.
Then he powered on the boards owned by the domain sccessfully, but the
"setkeyswitch -d K on" failed with the same error message.
Then he opened the call.

We have already tried to do the following:
1) "reset" the domain: it returns that the domain is off, then "reset" is
not applicable
2) reset both the SC one at a time;
3) run hpost on the domain (successful);
4) reset one SC while the other is off;
5) force the unassignement of the bords from the domain in order to assign
the same boards to a different domain id; it returns that the boards are
active and cannot be unconfigured (even if the boards are off and the
keyswitch is off!!!!).
6) "setkeyswitch -d K standby"; return the same error returned by
"setkeyswitch -d K on"

After all the above steps the situation has not changed: the system is
still returning
      SF15Kcollaudo-sc1:sms-svc:IST:79> setkeyswitch -d isap01col on
      Domain is currently busy dumping its state. Try again later.

Any advices for me?

  Cordiali saluti/Best Regards
