Dear Sirs/Managers

I need your help !! .. One of my E420R's was working until last week,
when suddenly it stopped to function. I cannot get any o/p from Serial
Console or either switch to OK prompt. I rebooted the system but do not
get any POST output. I also tried the re-seating CPU's amd Memory
modules, but with no effect. From SUN site, I got the layout of
motherboard and CPU details and it suggested using only CPU in Slot 2
and memory modules in Bank 0 to bootup. I swapped all the 4 CPU's in
Slot 2 as well as memory modules but with no effect.

In some post I saw that an E250 faced the same issue, but at least he
was able to see POST. A solution to that was to reset the NVRAM using
SUN KVM and issuing Stop-N .. My case is, I am not able to see the POST
itself. Do I need to reset / re-flash my NVRAM or EEPROM

Please suggest how can I bring up this system. This system is out of
warranty or support so I cannot open case with SUN on this.
