i.e.
Can /export/install be on NAS storage. Obviously during the
setup_install_server it moans that the /export/install area is nfs and
not local.

./setup_install_server /export/install/media/9.9-05
ERROR: nas-23:/vol/N_001 is not a local filesystem, cannot export
/export/install/media/9.9-05 for install clients
