SPARC Solaris 9 JumpStart problem

Hi - hope someone can offer some help / advice with a JumpStart server /
client problem I have. The client server sits and hangs after the
"Configured interface hme0" stage has been reached.

Server:
1) Sun E220R with Solaris 9 s9_58shwpl3 SPARC installed
2) IP: 10.10.11.3
3) CD1/2 copied to /JumpStart using setup_install_server &
add_to_install_server scripts
4) /JumpStart made an NFS share
5) rpc / nfs.server / mountd / inetd (tftp) / rpc.bootparamd daemons all
running as required.
6) add an entry in /etc/hosts for the client server - "10.10.11.35
inbound2.first"

Ran following command on jumpstart server:
./add_install_client -e 8:0:20:b2:62:d6 inbound2.first sun4u

cat /etc/ethers
8:0:20:b2:62:d6 inbound2.first

cat /etc/bootparams
inbound2.first root=magnetic.first:/JumpStart/Solaris_9/Tools/Boot
install=magnetic.first:/JumpStart boottype=:in rootopts=:rsize=32768

As far as I can tell this is all that is required for a "minimal" jumpstart
server to work.

On the client from the ok prompt I ran the following command:

boot net -v install

And as mentioned after the "Configured interface" has been reached the
client just sits there. Below is all the verbose output from this. Any help
would be greatly appreciated.

{1} ok boot net -v install
