Boot PROM - Memory Initialization problem

I have a Sparc Ultra 60 with 1 x 450Mhz UltraSPARCII and 1024 MB RAM

The server is hanging on the Memory Initialization and due to security
requirements, STOP-A has been disabled.
Is there a way to either bypass the memory initialization or get into
the forth monitor to run hardware diagnosis?
Any input helps,
