Summary: How to rebuild picld tree

Uninstallation of all picld packets. Then I've
installed from solaris CD following packets:
SUNWpiclr, SUNWpiclu, SUNWpiclx.
During uninstallation you'll have some dependancy
messages, ingnore them and deinstall all picl
packages!
Packets are installed without any patches, and prtdiag
is working now. SYSTEM node is again present in picld
tree, and can be diplayed by prtpicl command.
