Netra T1 Performance comparison

Hi,

I am wondering what Netra has a better performance...

I need to decide between the Netra T1 105 and the Netra T1 AC200.

The Netra T1 105 has an uSparc IIi and the Netar T1 AC200 has an uSparc IIe
CPU.

But on the other side the AC200 has 500Mhz vs 440Mhz on the T1 105.

But I am more concerned about the cache. The Netra t1 105 has 2MB external
Cache. VS the Netar T1 AC200 has only 256KB secondary cache.

What do you think ??
Does somebody has some experience in the performance comparison btw. These
two systems ??

Any help with be greatly appreciated.
