quick jumpstart problem

We've been jumpstarting for months with no problem. All of a sudden, I've
got a weird issue.

I'm using Solaris 8 trying to jumpstart an E250.

I get this:
{0} ok boot net - install
Boot device: /pci@1f,4000/network@1,1 File and args: - install

And then nothing. The network interface is up, as confirmed on the
switch. I'm not even getting "timeout waiting for ARP/RARP".

On the jumpstart server, inetd is running, tftp is enabled, bootparamd and
rpc services are all running.

I'm confused. Any thoughts?
