Dear Managers,
Thanks to Darren, Casper and Mathew for their replay.
As suggested I will try with nscd (restart) deamon rather than going for a full reboot. I have a change schedule comming up and I will test this option.
My base problem is NIS clients are not mounting new file systems when I update the existing auto maps.
