Hi gurus,

I have document about VERITAS Volume Manager 4.0 :
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
In case boot disk is encapsulated and mirrored with another disk with
VERITAS Volume Manager 4.0, if one of the boot disks
failed and replaced with new one using vxdiskadm option 4 and 5,
booting from the replaced disk may fail.

Resolution :
-----------------
# /usr/sbin/vxdg -g rootdg -k rmdisk rootdisk
# /usr/lib/vxvm/bin/vxdisksetup -i c0t0d0 format=sliced noreserve
# /usr/sbin/vxdg -g rootdg -kp adddisk rootdisk=c0t0d0s2
# /usr/lib/vxvm/bin/vxbootsetup -g rootdg rootdisk
# /usr/sbin/vxrecover -sb -g rootdg rootdisk

My Question:
-----------------
Does this case also impact to VERITAS Volume Manager 4.1 and above ?

Rgds
Kristianto
