username rules

Hello All,

We have a requirement that all unix usernames should be capital letters.
i.e. my username could be ABHIPANDEY or ABPANDEY. Solaris 10 1/06 does
not like this since it needs at least one lower case character). My
system operator uses solaris management console and I was wondering if
there is anyway to change the username rules so that we don't have to
re-educate the end users about their usernames.

Thanks,

Abhimanyu.

p.s. (We are migrating from an HP UX system and I suppose HPUX allows
all caps usernames)
