Good day,
I am currently restoring a flash archive to a v480 system and the
speed
I am getting from the FTP server is roughly 300 KB/sec. I know I can
get
more from this link but I also noticed when I connected the cable to the
server during the installation that I am currently setup at 100 Mbps
Half
duplex. I was told the switch port should not be a problem. I have
had this
problem in the past and would simply force my NIC to 100 full
as part of a
network configuration script at boot time to fix the
problem.
However this
is different since I am still in the installation phase and
have not had
access to a shell yet. Does anyone know how I could force
my NIC to 100 full
while still in the installation phase (before the
flash archive restore at
the end of the solaris installation)?
