SNMP configuration on Solaris 10

Guys,

Excuse the stupidity of this question, but I have no idea what I'm doing
with SNMP.

We have a monitoring application that is listening on the snmp ports for
snmp traffic from my two clustered solaris 10 servers.
Unfortunately it does not seem to be getting any information about disk
space etc. Though it does know when the servers reboot.

This leads me to believe that I need to set up snmp on the servers to
monitor disks, CPU, memory, the cluster etc. But I don't know how to set
it up. I've looked on the internet for solutions, but can't find
anything helpful.

Any information will be appreciated.
