Solaris with EMC 300

We are basically trying to get our EMC 300 to communicate with our
Solars 10 system. The Navisphere is installed and it can monitor the
system, but the part that we can't get working is we don't know how to
configure the controller or target id for the LPFC in the
/kernel/drv/lpfc.conf and /kernel/drv/sd.conf files. We know the WWPN
for each lpfc or hba to add in the lpfc.conf, but just not sure how to
configure the controller with the target id. Can you pick any target id
you want? If anyone has this time of configuration a sample of
documentation would be appreciated.

Here's what we receive in the /var/adm/messages log
