Hello everyone,
My company currently uses an Enterprise 450 running Solaris 8 with
~350gb of data as a File Server. We have exceeded this capacity and are
considering purchasing a new NFS server. I am trying to gauge whether or
not it is better to upgrade the disks or put together a package to
purchase a new solution. We are considering the following products and I
am looking for any feedback(positive or negative) on the proposed
solutions, or I am open to any server suggestions/comments.
Hitachi TagmaStore. Adaptable Modular Storage AMS200 and AMS500
MPT31000 NAS Storage Server
NetApp FAS200 Series
Thanks in advance for any replies,
