I also called sun to find out out about our contracts- no reply on it yet.I tried that metastat command I had no response back. As far as I can tell "previous" admin nor did sun do any additional config.

All,
We have the v480 and v490 with 2 disks. But for disk 2 nothing is mounted in vfstab. All I can tell is it is formated and ready to be created for newfs.
When I entered in iostat -En I see the 2 disks + the DVD.
Does sun send these servers out preconfigured? Like mirror or raid?
I'm not the person who placed the order and such.
