guys (gals) i have a sun cluster 3 system running solaris 8 on 2 e4500's
connected to T3 plus partner pairs.
We are upgrading oracle and the dba has ran something which said we need
patch 108993-45 or higher.
Looking at this patch it seems a nightmare as far as dependencies and
notes for install, so i was wondering is there a way to get the patch
down and run something from it without actually installing it to see if
our system has the correct dependencies?
Otherwise i will have to read each patch readme which is a dependencies
and see if any of those patches required things etc and that could take
ages.
