attach a configured storage to another host?

Guys,

We have an A1000 storage attached to an E450 server.
The configuration of the disks is quite simple, a
single LUN and heaps of drives in RAID5 mounted as one
of the file systems.
This configuration works like a dream, but now we want
to replace the old server with a V240.

Can I just simply install Raid Manager on the V240 and
attach the storage to this box without losing the
current RAID configuration?
I'd like to find the same file system and data on the
storage after we've swapped the old server to the new
one.
