Apache 1.3.36 with mod_ssl on Solaris 10 SPARC Compile Problems

 I am using CC (from Sun Studio 11)to compile Apache 1.3.36 with mod_ssl
on Solaris 10 SPARC and am running in to problems. The Solaris Install
is default. Here is the layout of the environment and the compile steps
