ssh umask setting

I've got a web server running Solaris 10; we are using the Sun SSH
daemon. I have users uploading files and a default umask of 022 is
being applied.

I have set the umask for the system as 002, this works for everything
except for sftp.

I need to set the default umask for sftp. Anyone know if this can be
done without switching to openSSH?

I've looked everywhere and can't seem to find any guidance on this.

Thanks,

Rob
