Jumpstart error

Hi Guys,

Thanks for all those who gave suggestions & advice. I seem to
have figured out what went wrong & thought I would update about this to
interested folks out there. When I tried installing latest patches to
the solaris 8 jumpstart image with patchadd -C command it did go thru
for about 12 patches & then failed & this did affect the /var in the
jumpstart image. /var on the jumpstart image should be a link to
/tmp/root/var & the patchadd -C command for some reason deleted that
link & created a /var dir & this was causing the error while trying to
boot off the net image.

I got rid of that image & built a new jumpstart image & that
worked well. And I'll go for finish script to do the patching later.

Cheers
