sulog : (null)-root. Is this something to worry about?

Forgive my potential ignorance, but I have this entry in my sulog log on
a Solaris 9 box:

SU 06/12 12:04 + pts/4 (null)-root

Is this legitimate, or is there something amiss?

I tried googling but Google doesn't really parse the brackets properly.
