SUMMARY: disable disksuite

1) disable disksuite in /etc/systems
2) comment out the driver modules AND the rootdev entry (use a * as
comment sign)
3) edit /etc/vfstab to use /dev/rdsk drivers
4) reboot

Note:
To recover your previous disksuite config you can copy you should copy
/etc/lvm/md.cf to /etc/lvm/md.tab,
then you can simply use:

metadb -a -f mddb01
metainit -a -f

put your meta db config in md.tab before you run metadb -a -f
mddb01 -c3 /dev/dsk/c0t0d0s3 /dev/dsk/c0t8d0s3
