We have a very simple DR set up for a ultra 10 with a single disk.
Boot from solaris 8 install cd 1 of 1
Bring up a command window
Ufsrestore all 6 slices on the disk from 4mm tape.
Reboot.
This is at a remote location. We have performed the restore at this
location with out any problems.
At the remote location the techs can not get to the command window from
the desk top.
We normally get this by clicking the desktop / utilities / cmd tool.
At the remote location the tech says that clicking on utilities does
nothing.
Any suggestions?
