Hi Everybody,
I successfully installed veritas 4.1 on solaris 8 for the Sun
fire V880 (kernel 108528-29, I know its old but is more than minimum
requirement for VM 4.1 on sol8)
So, the culprit was the older ver of SUNWsan package. Special
Thanks to Steve Harris & Dave foster & thanks everybody for all your
suggestions.
I'm done doing the root disk encapsulation & will work on
configuring other vols.
