Thanks to everybody for the lightning fast replies.
* The libdb-4.2.so is part of Sleepycat's Berkley db, which can be
installed via CSW (pkg-get -a|grep db). *
Courier IMAP still doesn't work, but this is beyond the scope of this
initial question.
