SUMMARY: moving quota to new disk

Hi,
I ended up just copying the entire filesystem, including the quotas
file, to the new
disk on the SAN. Then I shut off the quotas, ran quotacheck, and
turned quotas
on.

Hello,
I am upgrading the hardware of our file server and I am moving the
filesystems
from locally attached disk to filesystems on a SAN. What is the best
way to
move the quotas? Could I just copy all of the data and the quotas file
to the
new disk and be done with it? (I'm running Solaris 8)
