Hi All
I am facing problem in backup , when I am taking the Backup through Veritas
Netbackup 5.0 , on Quantum Library M1500 with both drives one of the drive
goes down by in netbackup after starting the backup with error "media write
error" , and if I take the backup with single drive all the backup complete
. I had changed the slots too, single drive backup is happening but not
able to take backup with both of the drives.
If I take the backup through tar in Solris 9 , it gives the error in message

rmt/1 Soft Errors: 0 Hard Errors: 0 Transport Errors: 0
Vendor: QUANTUM Product: SuperDLT1 Revision: 4646 Serial No: !F
and these hard error and transport error increases as I give devfsadm .
I had changed the drives,SCSI card, all scsi cables.
Hope some body will give valuable suggestion to solve this problem.
