Maybe I am having a brain dump, because I have done this before.
I have a working machine that has 2 drives. Both drives are mirrored to each
other. I am trying to take one of the mirrors, and take them to an identical
machine and created another mirror. Kind of like a clone. Hopefully you get
the idea. I do a metadetach on the mirrors. No errors. I then take the
system down and take one of the disks out. I tried both.
When I take that disk to the other machine and try to boot off of it, I get
a ton of Bad Magic Number errors. What could be the problem I have done this
before!
Thanks for a prompt response!
Paul
