v210 error

Gurus...can anyone shed light on this V210 issue at a customer site --- v210
showing error below....Thankd in advance for any help you folks can offer.

I see that the "MB/SC" is "faulty" (from
/usr/platform/sun4u/sbin/prtdiag -v) but I am not sure what this is or what
part number I would need to replace. Can you assist?
