Hello all,
I have Lantronix type ETS 32 port.
I want to connect all SUN server console to Lantronix.
My SUN server is Netra 440, Netra 240 and SunFire 240, they have ALOM for serial port (RJ-45)
My Question :

1. What pin configuration for cable console connect between ALOM serial port (RJ-45) to Lantronix port (RJ-45)?
2. What the best configuration port setting at Lantronix port ?
I have recommendation from my colleague of setting Lantronix port for example :
