Dear managers,
I am facing a problem while printing Japanese from a server
located in USA and printer located in Japan. Here are the details:
OS:
Solaris 8
Print server: Jetdirect
Printer model: HP Laserjet 8150 series
When
I am trying to print a file which contains one paragraph of english and
another paragraph of japanese language, it is able to print english paragraph
successfully but japanese is not printed. (Junk characters are printed in
place of japanese). Has anyone faced such problem before? Please share your
experiences and guide me accordingly.
