Disable console login while booting.

Historically, my jumpstart system installed scripts in /etc/rc2.d, which
are run during the initial reboot after Jumpstarting.

To ensure that the user was unable to login while these scripts were
running, I installed them as /etc/rc2.d/S98install.x, where 'x' is an
incrementing letter from a to z.

Since the scripts were run before /etc/rc2.d/S99dtlogin, the login
console was never started, and thus user would be unable to login.

I have just started adapting to Solaris 10, and with the changes from
startup scripting to svcs, standard out is no longer being displayed to
the console, and a login prompt is being displayed for the user to
attempt login. I would like to diable this, and return to the old behavior.

Given the opportunity, the user community will attempt a login, and end
up messing something up, requiring me to restart the install from scratch.
