which one is good enough for Solaris 9

I am looking for a used sparc system for practising
solaris 9. I found some ads for Ultra-10 with 300 or
333Mhz CPU.

Could you please give me some advice if these system
is good enough for practising with Solaris 9 ? And how
much memory is good practically ?

I am just afraid something like running Win9x on 486,
it does run theoretically, but does not practically.
