Hi,
   
  We had a peculiar situation where we lost all the data, 500GB of em on all partitions! do not understand how? can someone explain why this could have happened..... we use clusters, at any point of failure the data should have switched over to another server within seconds... which did not happen... neither our logs reveal a thing... pls. help.
