Hi Sun Gurus,

I recently got a SunFire V490 for some benchmarking purposes. It has 4
dual core CPUs each running at 1500 Mhz. I want to disable two of the
CPUs for some experiments. However i am not allowed to open the box
and remove the CPUs. So my question is:

Is it possible to disable the two CPUs using either OBP or some kernel
parameter or some Solaris utility? I would really appreciate if
somebody can guide me on this?
