moving quota to new disk

Hello,
I am upgrading the hardware of our file server and I am moving the filesystems
from locally attached disk to filesystems on a SAN. What is the best way to
move the quotas? Could I just copy all of the data and the quotas file to the
new disk and be done with it? (I'm running Solaris 8)
